DAILY ADD ON RATES ARE ALSO AVAILABLE.

THERE IS A CLEANING SUPPLEMENT OF £40/$65 PAYABLE ON ALL BOOKINGS OF LESS THAN 2 WEEKS.

PLEASE NOTE: A minimum stay of 2 weeks applies during the period January to April. The only exception is where a week can be tagged onto a previous booking, or there is a gap in bookings.

A non returnable deposit of £100/$200 per week is required to confirm your booking, with the balance payable in full any time up to 12 weeks before arrival.

A separate refundable breakages deposit of £100/$200 is required at the time of balance payment.
