Between £395/$725 and £440/$800 per week : Mid April to Mid December

£480/$795 per week (£1800/$3095 per month) : Mid December to Mid April

Daily add on rates are also available.

There is a cleaning charge of £40/$65 payable on all bookings of less than 2 weeks.



PLEASE NOTE - a minimum stay of 2 weeks applies during the period January to April. The only exception is where a week can be tagged onto a previous booking, or there is a gap in bookings.

A non returnable deposit of £100/$200 per week is required to confirm your booking, with the balance payable in full any time up to 12 weeks before arrival.

A separate refundable breakages deposit of £100/$200 is required at the time of balance payment.
